摘 要:本文基于BIM视角,探讨了位移测量技术在建筑基坑监测工程中的应用。通过引入BI M模型,集成多维度监测数据,能够更加全面和精准地分析基坑施工过程中的变形与位移行为。文章分析了位移测量技术在基坑监测中的核心作用,并结合实际案例,探讨了该技术在装配式建筑工程中的应用。本文还进一步讨论了基坑位移监测对建筑结构安全性的保障作用,并对未来基坑监测技术的进一步发展和优化提出了展望。研究表明,基于BIM模型的位移测量技术不仅提高了监测精度,还能优化施工管理,提升工程安全性和施工效率。This article explores the application of displacement measurement technology in building foundation pit monitoring engineering from the perspective of BIM.By introducing the BMI model and integrating multidimensional monitoring data,it is possible to more comprehensively and accurately analyze the deformation and displacement behavior during excavation construction process.The article focuses the core role of displacement measurement technology in foundation pit monitoring and explores its application in prefabricated building engineering through practical cases.This article further discusses the guarantee role of foundation pit displacement monitoring in ensuring the safety of building structures,and puts forward prospects for the further development and optimization of foundation pit monitoring technology in the future.Research has shown that displacement measurement technology based on BMI model not only improves monitoring accuracy,but also optimizes construction management,and enhances engineering safety and construction efficiency.
