摘　　要：混凝土作为最常用的建筑材料之一,其质量直接关系到建筑的整体性能和使用寿命。混凝土裂缝问题一直是建筑工程中的常见病害,严重影响了建筑结构的安全性和耐久性。本文针对房建工程中普遍存在的混凝土裂缝问题,系统分析了裂缝形成机理,从材料选择、施工工艺、养护管理等维度探讨了防治技术措施。结合某高层住宅项目实例,验证了综合防治方案的有效性,为同类工程提供技术参考。This article focuses on the common problem of concrete cracks in residential building construction projects,systematically analyzes the mechanism of crack formation,and explores prevention and control technical measures from the dimensions of material selection,construction technology,and maintenance management.Using a high-rise residential project as an example,the effectiveness of the comprehensive prevention and control scheme is verified,providing technical reference for similar projects.
