摘 要:目的了解硕士学位护士资质过剩感现状及影响因素,为制订针对性管理方案提供参考。方法采用分层随机整群抽样在全国48所三甲医院抽取581名硕士学位护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、资质过剩感量表、组织支持量表、三维度性格优势问卷对其进行调查。结果硕士学位护士资质过剩感总均分为(29.84±7.62)分;工作年限、每月夜班数、工作内容、日常承担工作量、组织支持感、品格优势是硕士学位护士资质过剩感的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论硕士学位护士资质过剩感较高,管理者应关注培养该群体的品格优势并给予一定的组织支持力度,以改善硕士学位护士的资质过剩感现状,最大化地发挥其价值。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of master′s degree nurses′sense of overqualification,and to provide reference for the development of targeted management programs.Methods A total of 581 master′s degree nurses were selected from 48 tertiary hospitals nationwide using stratified random cluster sampling,and were surveyed using the ge-neral information questionnaire,9-item Scale of Perceived Overqualification,Organizational Support Scale,and Three-Dimensio-nal Inventory of Character Strengths(TICS).Results The total mean score of master′s degree nurses′sense of overqualification was(29.84±7.62);years of working experience,number of night shifts per month,work content,daily workload assumed,sense of organizational support,and character strengths were the influencing factors of master′s degree nurses′sense of overqualification(all P<0.05).Conclusion Master′s degree nurses have a high sense of overqualification,and managers should pay attention to cultivating this group′s character strengths and providing some organizational support to improve the current status of master′s degree nurses′sense of overqualification and maximize their value.
