摘　　要：老年人指向语是一类针对老年人的特殊沟通方式,具有语言简化、音律夸张等特点,在与认知障碍患者的护患沟通中较为常见。本文对老年人指向语的语义属性、特征、理论模型、测量工具、应用现状及对策进行综述,以期为优化认知障碍患者的护患沟通质量提供参考。Elderspeak is a special type of communication aimed at the elderly,characterized by simplified language and exaggerated sound patterns,it is commonly used in nurse-patient communication with cognitively impaired patients.This paper reviews the semantic attributes,characteristics,theoretical models,measurement tools,current status of application and countermeasures of elderspeak,so as to providing reference for optimizing the quality of nurse-patient communication with patients with cognitive impairment.
