摘 要:水电机组在电网一次调频的某些工况中需超发8%额定有功功率,全面分析电站的调节能力和潜在风险尤为迫切。通过电站运行调研、设计复核、结构和过渡过程计算以及现场试验验证等方法,对水电站参与电网调节的模式、机组等机电设备参数与结构、输水系统设计等进行了深入分析。分析结果显示,在机组超发时,存在机组结构刚度和强度不足,电站调节保证设计超标,机组运行指标恶化等问题。因此,建议对已投运水电站一次调频能力进行复核,以确保运行安全。在水电站规划阶段,应兼顾调频和调峰容量需求,提升水电调节性能。同时,梳理各规范对水电机组参与一次调频的技术要求,并提出新设计电站的技术经济要求。Hydropower units need to overgenerate 8%rated active power in some primary frequency regulation operation conditions of power grid,so it is particularly urgent to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the regulation capacity and potential risks of hydropower station.Based on operation investigation,design review,structural finite element and transient process calculation,and field test verification,the mode of hydropower unit participating in power grid regulation,the parameters and structure of unit and other electromechanical devices,and the design of water conveyance system are analyzed.The analysis results show that,when the unit is overgenerated,some problems may appear,including the insufficient stiffness and strength of unit structure,the hydraulic transient guarantee design of power station not meeting the requirements of specifications,and the deterioration of unit operation indicators.Therefore,it is suggested to review the primary frequency regulation capacity of hydropower stations in operation to ensure its safety.In the planning stage of hydropower station,both frequency regulation and peak regulation capacity should be taken into account to improve the regulation performance of hydropower stations.At the same time,the technical requirements of specifications in hydropower units participating in primary frequency regulation should be sorted out,and the technical and economic requirements of newly designed hydropower stations are put forward.
