摘 要:面向未来梯级水电站统一调度现实需求,在给定日内各时间点负荷需求的条件下,综合考虑电站弃水、出力稳定性和振动区的影响,基于调度期发电量最大和耗能最小2种目标,提出了2种梯级水电站负荷优化分配模型,并分别采用动态规划和改进鲸鱼优化算法进行模型求解。以北盘江梯级系统为实例研究发现,2种出力分配方式均能很好地分配典型工况下的梯级总时段出力,相对于实际过程,以发电量最大模式下的出力分配方法减少了梯级水电站汛期0.22%、枯水期3.46%的耗水,耗能最小模式下出力分配方法减少了梯级水电站汛期3.12%、枯水期7.19%的耗水,水能利用率得到了明显提高。Facing the realistic demand of unified regulation and management of cascade hydropower stations in the future,and under the condition of given load demand at each time point in the day,two optimal load distribution models of cascade hydropower stations are proposed by considering the influence of water abandonment,output stability and vibration zone of power station comprehensively,and based on two objectives of maximum power generation and minimum water consumption in the scheduling period.The dynamic programming and improved whale optimization algorithm are used to solve the model respectively.Taking the Beipan River cascade system as an example,it is found that the two output distribution methods can well distribute the total output of cascade hydropower stations under typical operation conditions.Compared with the actual process,the output distribution method under the maximum power generation mode can reduce the water consumption of cascade hydropower stations by 0.22%in the flood season and 3.46%in the dry season.The output distribution method under the minimum water consumption mode can reduce the water consumption of cascade hydropower stations by 3.12%in the flood season and 7.19%in the dry season.The water energy utilization rate has been significantly improved.
