摘 要:为研究渗透结晶型防水剂(CCCW)掺量对混凝土抗冻性能的影响及作用机理,采用5种CCCW掺量(0、2%、4%、6%、8%)制备混凝土试件,分别开展了25、50、75、100次快速冻融试验,通过混凝土冻融循环过程中的外观、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量、抗压强度损失率、抗折强度、相对冲击弹性波波速的变化规律研究CCCW对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结合X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析结果揭示CCCW对混凝土抗冻性能影响及作用机理。结果表明:随着CCCW掺量的增加,混凝土抗冻性能和力学性能呈先增后减趋势,当掺量为6%时,强度最佳。To study the effect and mechanism of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing(CCCW)agent on the antifreeze property of concrete,concrete specimens are prepared by using five kinds of CCCW agent contents(0,2%,4%,6%,8%),and the rapid freezing and thawing tests with 25,50,75 and 100 times cycle are carried out,respectively,to investigate the effect of CCCW on the antifreeze property of concrete through the variation rules of appearance,mass loss rate,relative dynamic elastic modulus,compressive strength,flexural strength,and relative impact elastic wave velocity during the freeze-thaw cycle.Combined with the results of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis,the effect of CCCW on the freezing resistance of concrete and its mechanism is revealed.The results show that,with the increase of CCCW content,the freezing resistance and mechanical properties of concrete show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and its strength is the best when the content is 6%.
