摘 要:针对相变纤维存在储热密度较低以及相变材料泄漏的问题,以相变材料十八烷(OD)作乳液分散相、聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶液作连续相制备油包油型乳液作为芯层纺丝液,并以PAN溶液作为皮层纺丝液,通过同轴湿纺制备相变调温纤维。研究结果表明,制备的相变纤维具有皮芯结构,对OD具有良好的包覆性能,加热8 h后OD泄漏率低于3%;制备的相变纤维具有优异的热稳定性和极高的热密度,吸热、放热温度分别为27.5~29.4℃和21.0~24.1℃,与纯OD相似,吸/放热密度最高可达172.4 J/g,经过100次加热-冷却循环后热密度没有明显下降,具有较高的可重复利用性,在人体热管理和储热方面具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problems of low heat storage density and leakage of phase change materials,oil-in-oil emulsion was prepared as core spinning liquid using phase change material octane(OD) as dispersing phase and polyacrylonitrile(PAN) solution as continuous phase,and the phase change thermostatic fiber was prepared by coaxial wet spinning using PAN solution as spinning liquid.The results show that the prepared PCM fibers have a skin core structure and good OD coating performance,and OD leakage rate is less than 3% after heating for 8 h.The prepared phase change fiber has excellent thermal stability and extremely high thermal density.The endothermic and exothermic temperatures are 27.5-29.4 ℃ and 21.0-24.1 ℃ respectively.Similar to pure OD,the absorption/exothermic density can reach up to 172.4 J/g,and the thermal density does not decrease significantly after 100 times of heating and cooling cycles.It has high reusability and has broad application prospects in human thermal management and heat storage.
