摘 要:为进一步优化骑行裤功效,选择市面上流行的2款骑行裤(每款2个型号)作为实验样本,以7位男大学生作为受试者进行骑行裤穿着实验,测试受试者骑行时的着装压力和下肢表面肌电信号,以分析骑行裤款式对服装压的影响,以及动态服装压与下肢表面肌电信号的相关性。结果表明,骑行过程中,骑行裤对人体股直肌施加的压力最为显著,其次是膝盖部位;膝盖弯曲的设计以及膝盖拼接弹性更强面料的直筒设计均能有效减轻膝盖处的动态压力;受试者穿着骑行裤时,表示肌电的时域指标——均方根(RMS)和积分肌电(iEMG),均低于未穿着骑行裤时的数值;同时,频域指标——平均功率频率(MPF)和中值频率(MF),整体上高于未穿着骑行裤时的水平,表明骑行裤的服装压力在一定程度上能够减少肌肉能量损耗,缓解肌肉疲劳,但并不是服装压力越大越好,尤其是股直肌和腓肠肌。该研究结果可为骑行裤的设计改进和性能优化提供有益的参考。In order to further optimize the efficacy of cycling pants,two popular styles of cycling pants with two sizes each,were selected as experimental samples.Seven male college students were served as subjects.Through wearing experiments,clothing pressure and surface electromyographic(EMG) signals of the lower limbs were tested.The study aimed to analyze the influence of cycling pants styles on dynamic clothing pressure,and the correlation between dynamic clothing pressure and surface EMG signals of the lower limbs.The results show that during cycling,the pressure exerted by cycling pants on the rectus femoris muscle was most significant,followed by the knee area.Both the design with knee bending and the straight-leg design with stronger elastic fabric at the knee joints could effectively reduce the dynamic pressure at the knee area.Surface EMG time-domain indicators,root mean square(RMS) and integrated EMG(iEMG),were both lower than that when not wearing cycling pants,while the frequency-domain indicators,mean power frequency(MPF) and median frequency(MF),were generally higher.This suggests that the clothing pressure from cycling pants can reduce muscle energy loss and alleviate muscle fatigue.However,not all increased clothing pressure is beneficial for relieving muscle fatigue.Particularly,the pressure on the rectus femoris and gastrocnemius muscle should not be too high.These findings provide valuable references for the design and optimization of cycling pants.
