摘 要:为了提高梳理后兔绒纤维的可纺性,比较不同分梳工艺对兔绒纤维性能的影响,分别通过气流分梳工艺和盖板分梳工艺对同一批兔毛进行梳理,并对梳理后兔绒纤维的形貌结构、长度、直径以及力学性能进行测试,并测试对应纯纺纱线力学性能、毛羽、条干均匀度,评价梳理工艺对兔绒纤维性能及其纺纱性能的影响。结果表明:相比于盖板分梳工艺,气流分梳能够很大程度减小梳理过程对兔绒纤维表面鳞片的损伤,较大程度地保留兔绒纤维的天然卷曲,经气流分梳所得兔绒相较于盖板分梳工艺所得兔绒单纤维的强力提升了17%(P<0.05),平均伸直长度提升了11.72%(P<0.05),显著提高了兔绒纤维的可纺性能,使得兔绒纤维应用于高支纱线及高品质面料的开发成为可能。In order to improve the spinnability of rabbit hair,the effects of different carding processes on the properties of rabbit hair were compared.The same batch of rabbit hair was carded using both airflow carding and flat carding processes.The morphology,length,diameter and mechanical properties of the rabbit hair were tested,and yarns were produced from them.The mechanical properties,fiber maturity,and evenness of the yarn were then evaluated.The results show that compared to the flat carding process,the airflow carding process can significantly reduce the damage to the surface scales of the rabbit hair during carding,while better preserving their natural crimp.The rabbit hair obtained through airflow carding showed a 17% increase in single fiber strength(P<0.05) and an 11.72% increase in average straightening length(P<0.05),which significantly improved the spinnability of the fibers.The pure and blended yarns spun from the airflow carded rabbit hair both exhibited excellent evenness and mechanical properties,making it possible to develop high-count yarns and high-quality fabrics using rabbit hair.
