摘 要:为了开发符合生态标准的新结构天然染料,以竹叶黄酮为研究对象,针对其染色中存在的缺陷,提出通过酰基化结构修饰改善其上染性能和染色牢度;探讨了酚基化修饰原理,对比分析了修饰前后竹叶黄酮染色柞蚕丝织物的最佳工艺、色牢度、抗菌性能和防紫外线性能。结果表明:修饰前竹叶黄酮直接染色最佳工艺为染料用量6%(owf),pH值5,染色温度80℃,染色时间60 min;修饰产物直接染色最佳工艺为染料用量7%(owf),pH值6,染色温度80℃,染色时间50 min;修饰产物染色柞蚕丝织物的色牢度、抑菌性能和防紫外线性能均得到提升,色牢度可达到3~4级以上,经20次水洗后抑菌率仍然高于30%,紫外线防护系数UPF值仍达40+,UVA透过率小于5%,满足服用要求。In order to develop natural dyes with new structure that meet the ecological standard,bamboo leaf flavone was studied.In view of its defects in dyeing,acylation modification was proposed to improve its dyeing properties and dyeing fastness.The principle of modification was discussed,and the best technology,color fastness,antibacterial properties and UV protection of bamboo leaf flavone dyed tussah silk before and after modification were compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimal dyeing process was 6%(owf),pH value 5,dyeing temperature 80 ℃ and dyeing time 60 min.The optimal dyeing process was 7%(owf),pH value 6,dyeing temperature 80 ℃ and dyeing time 50 min.The color fastness,antibacterial properties and anti-ultraviolet properties of dyed tussah silk were improved,and the color fastness could reach above grade 3 to 4.After 20 times of washing,the antibacterial rate was still higher than 30%,the UPF value was still 40+,and the UVA transmission rate was less than 5%,which met the consumption requirements.
