摘 要:为对起毛针布设计提供理论研究和可靠性验证方法,建立起毛针布分析模型,采用有限元分析的方法研究起毛针布主要参数变化与针布受力后总变形、等效弹性应变和等效应力的变化规律,同时根据实际起毛工艺,测算单根钢针受力情况,并验证起毛风格形成的过程。研究表明:针尖与坯布穿刺深度、针尖与线圈作用时间是决定起毛风格的主要因素,同时也受到起毛针布针高、前后膝比例、角度、密度、底布结构(橡皮、棉布厚度、弹性模量)、钢丝规格(截面、线径、弹性模量)等物理参数的大小影响,通过对起毛针布设计工艺进行研究,可对新材料和新风格面料用针布的开发提供理论依据。In order to provide theoretical research and reliability verification methods for the design of fuzzy needle cloth,an analysis model for fuzzing needle clothing was established,and the finite element analysis was used to study the changes in the main parameters of fuzzing needle clothing,as well as total deformation,the changes in equivalent strain and equivalent stress after the needle clothing was subjected to force.At the same time,based on the actual fuzzing process,the stress situation of a single steel needle was calculated to verify the process of forming a fuzzing pattern.Research analysis shows that the puncture depth between the needle tip and the fabric,as well as the interaction time between the needle tip and the coil,are the main factors determining the fuzzing style.They are also influenced by physical parameters such as the needle height,front to back knee ratio,angle,density,bottom fabric structure(rubber,cotton fabric thickness,elastic modulus),and steel wire specifications(section,wire diameter,elastic modulus).Through research on the design process of fuzzing needle fabric,it can provide theoretical basis for the development of needle clothing for new materials and new style fabrics.
