摘 要:山羊绒与绵羊毛具有相似的化学成分与组成,为了快速、准确、客观地实现二者间的鉴别,利用显微共焦拉曼光谱仪测定了不同地区山羊绒与绵羊毛的拉曼光谱图,采用标准正态变量变换(SNV)、平滑及二阶导数对原始拉曼图谱进行预处理,通过主成分分析,结合马氏距离建立了山羊绒绵羊毛定性判别模型。结果显示:模型预测准确率为100%,表明拉曼光谱结合化学计量学的方法能够较为有效地实现山羊绒与绵羊毛之间的鉴别。The similar chemical composition of cashmere and wool has presented a significant challenge in the textile industry,as there is a need to identify them in a manner that is both rapid and objective.The Raman spectra of cashmere and wool in different regions were determined by micro confocal Raman spectroscopy.The original Raman spectra were preprocessed by standard normal variable transformation(SNV),smoothing and second-order derivatives.A qualitative discrimination model for cashmere and wool was established by principal component analysis combined with the Marginal distance.The results demonstrat that the model prediction accuracy was 100%,indicating that Raman spectroscopy in conjunction with chemometrics can achieve more effective discrimination between cashmere and wool.
