摘 要:聚焦海战发展需求,指挥信息系统将向“超实时”态势感知、“超脑化”辅助决策和“泛在化”信息服务的方向发展。为应对指挥信息系统发展趋势,需从强化自研能力建设、加强作战数据建设和优化指挥网络建设三方面入手,不断提高基于指挥信息系统的海上作战指挥能力。Focusing on the development needs of naval warfare,command information system will develop towards the direction of "super-real-time" situation awareness,"super-brain" assistant decision-making and "generalization" information service.In order to deal with the development trend of command information system,it is necessary to improve the command ability of marine operations based on command information system from three aspects,which are strengthening the self-research ability construction,strengthening the operation data construction and optimizing the command network construction.
