摘  要:论文所提出的BPF由叉指耦合结构和五个E型谐振器单元组成,该结构由等效电路模型进行构建以及奇偶模理论进行分析,通过调整E型谐振器分支的长度,可以控制两个差模(DM)通带的中心频率,此外叉指型耦合结构实现了两个频段所需的外部耦合度,并增加了带外抑制。根据测量结果,在2.7 GHz和4 GHz频率下,分别获得了38.5%和10.63%的相对带宽,并且两个频段的DM回波损耗均大于15.6 dB。The BPF proposed in this article consists of a cross finger coupling structure and five E-type resonator units.The equivalent circuit model of this structure is constructed and analyzed by using odd and even mode theory.By adjusting the length of the E-type resonator branches,the center frequency of the two differential mode(DM)passbands can be controlled.The cross finger coupling structure achieves the required external coupling between two frequency bands and adds out of band suppression.According to the measurement results,relative bandwidths of 38.5% and 10.63% are obtained at 2.7 GHz and 4 GHz frequencies,respectively,and the DM return loss of both bands is greater than 15.6 dB.
