摘  要:军事物流体系能力评估是衡量军事物流保障水平的重要依据,对于科学规划军事物流体系建设具有重要的作用。论文采取分解组合方法进行军事物流体系能力评估。首先根据军事物流体系实体要素评估指标客观性强的特点,运用熵值法评估实体要素能力;其次根据军事物流体系环节运作和体系交互能力评估指标主观性强的特点,运用灰色层次分析法评估环节运作能力和体系交互能力;最后,基于灰色关联度分析法确定实体要素、环节运作和体系交互在军事物流体系能力中的权重。在此基础上,对实体要素能力、环节运作能力和体系交互能力采取加权平均值法进行综合评估,形成军事物流体系能力评估结果。The capability evaluation of military logistics system is an important basis to measure the level of military logistics support,and plays an important role in scientific planning of military logistics system construction.In this paper,the decomposition and combination method is adopted to evaluate the capability of military logistics system.Firstly,according to the objectivity of the evaluation index of entity elements in military logistics system,the entropy method is used to evaluate the ability of entity elements.Secondly,according to the subjectivity of the evaluation index of link operation and system interaction ability of military logistics system,the grey analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate link operation ability and system interaction ability.Finally,the weight of entity elements,link operation and system interaction in the capability of military logistics system is determined based on grey relational analysis.On this basis,the weighted average method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the entity factor capability,link operation capability and system interaction capability,and the evaluation results of military logistics system capability are formed.
