摘　　要：针对火工品生产阶段质量管理能力评估问题,根据全面质量管理理论和层次理论,构建了要素较为齐全的评估指标体系,利用将属性层次模型(AHM)与EW法(熵权法)相结合的组合赋权法来确定各指标权重,运用SPA(集对分析)实现对评估指标的定量分析与定性分析的综合考虑,最终建立一种基于组合赋权与集对分析的火工品生产阶段质量管理能力评估模型。通过实例验证,得到了客观合理的结果,证明了该模型合理、有效,对火工品的质量管理具有一定的指导作用。Aimed at the evaluation of the quality management ability of pyrotechnics,according to the theory of total quality management and hierarchy theory,an evaluation index system with complete elements is constructed.The combination weighting method combining AHM(attribute hierarchy model)and entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index,and the SPA(set pair analysis theory)is used to realize the quantitative and qualitative analysis mode of evaluation index.Finally,a evaluation model of the quality management ability of pyrotechnics based on combination weighting and set pair analysis is established.Through the example analysis,the objective and reasonable results are obtained,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the method,and has a certain guiding function in the quality management of pyrotechnics.
