摘  要:为解决装备论证过程中能力需求难决策的问题,提出基于T-GQFD的能力评估方法。在传统QFD模型基础上,引入熵权TOPSIS法和灰关联优势分析,对舰载高功率微波迫停系统任务需求进行加权权重赋值,建立任务需求-能力需求质量功能映射模型,得到能力需求重要度排序,为舰载高功率微波迫停系统发展提供决策依据。To solve the problem of difficult decision-making in capability requirements during equipment demonstration,a capability evaluation method based on the T-GQFD is proposed.On the basis of the traditional QFD model,the entropy weight TOPSIS method and grey relational advantage analysis are introduced to assign weighted weights to the mission requirements of shipborne high-power microwave emergency stop system.A mapping model between mission requirements and capability requirements is established to obtain the importance ranking of capability requirements on board ships.It provides a decision-making basis for the development of shipborne high-power microwave emergency stop systems.
