摘  要:效能指标是表征武器装备完成其设计需求的测度参量,建立效能指标体系是武器装备效能评估工作的首要任务之一。文章分别阐述了武器装备静态效能指标体系和动态效能指标体系构建方法,并以反导武器装备体系为例,分别构建了反导武器装备静态效能指标体系和基于OODA环的美军反导作战动态效能指标体系,为反导装备效能评估和反导作战效能评估提供有效参考。Effectiveness index is a measure parameter that represents the requirement of weapon equipment to complete its design.Constructing effectiveness index system is one of the primary tasks of weapon equipment effectiveness evaluation.This paper describes the methods of constructing the static and dynamic effectiveness index systems of weapon equipment respectively,and takes the anti-missile weapon equipment system as an example to construct the static effectiveness index system of anti-missile weapon equipment and the dynamic effectiveness index system of the US Army anti-missile operation based on OODA loop,which provides effective reference for the effectiveness evaluation of anti-missile weapon equipment and anti-missile operation.
