摘  要:以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥为基体,碳酸锂、甲酸钙为早强剂,掺加PVA、BF纤维制备聚乙烯醇纤维增强工程水泥复合材料(PVA-ECC)作为伸缩缝快速修补材料,分析早强剂作用机理及纤维掺量对PVA-ECC力学性能的影响,并评估其经济性。结果表明,PVA-ECC的最佳配合比为:胶砂比1∶1.2,水胶比0.3,减水剂掺量0.5%,消泡剂掺量0.2%,碳酸锂掺量1.4%,6 mm的PVA掺量1.5%;PVA-ECC修补材料相比传统材料节约了11.8%成本,并大幅缩短了养护时间。A rapid repair material for expansion joints(PVA-ECC)was prepared using fast hardening sulfoaluminate cement as the matrix,lithium carbonate and calcium formate as early strength agents,and PVA and BF fibers were added.The action mechanism of early strength agent and the influence of fiber content on the mechanical properties of the rapid repair material were analyzed,and its economy was evaluated.The results showed that the optimal mix ratio for PVA-ECC was as follows:cement sand ratio of 1∶1.2,water cement ratio of 0.3,water reducing agent dosage of 0.5%,defoamer dosage of 0.2%,lithium carbonate dosage of 1.4%,and 6 mm PVA dosage of 1.5%.The PVA-ECC repair material saves 11.8%of the cost compared with the traditional material and shortens the maintenance time significantly.
