摘  要:以水玻璃为激发剂,采用钢渣、矿渣、磷石膏、水泥为胶凝材料,以混凝土破碎料、素土等为主料,采用土体固化技术混拌制备新型建筑垃圾杂填土基层材料,对其性能展开研究。结果表明,采用20%复合胶凝材料[其中m(钢渣)∶m(矿渣)∶m(磷石膏)∶m(水泥)=15∶35∶42∶8、外掺模数1.25的水玻璃4%]、40%混凝土破碎料、40%素土制备的路面基层材料7 d无侧限抗压强度为6.9 MPa,60 d劈裂强度为1.09 MPa,28 d水稳系数>90%。水玻璃的掺入提高了胶凝材料液相中OH-和SiO_(3)^(2-)的浓度,促进了钢渣和矿渣的解聚与水化速度;复合胶凝材料水化产物C-A-S-H凝胶以填充或衔接的方式进入网络骨架,提高基体结构的致密化。This article uses steel slag,granulated blast furnace slag,phosphogypsum and cement as cementitious materials,with concrete crushed materials and plain soil as the main materials,and uses soil solidification technology to mix and prepare base materials.Its properties are studied.The results show that the composite cementitious material is 20%[in which,steel slag∶granulated blast furnace slag∶phosphogypsum∶cement is 15∶35∶42∶8,4%water glass with modulus of 1.25],40%concrete crushed material,40%plain soil,and the pavement base material has a 7 d strength of 6.9 MPa,and a 60 d splitting strength of 1.09 MPa,the 28 d water stability coefficient is>90%.The use of water glass as an activator increased the concentration of OH-and SiO_(3)^(2-) in the liquid phase,promoted the depolymerization and hydration speed between slag and steel slag.C-A-S-H(C-S-H)gel enters the network skeleton by filling or linking,promoting the densification of the matrix structure.
