摘 要:以亚微米级TiO_(2)粒子作为防腐强化填料,掺入氟树脂乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)中,采用静电喷涂技术结合热处理工艺在碳钢表面制备TiO_(2)/ECTFE复合涂层。结果表明,复合TiO_(2)可提升ECTFE涂层防腐性能,且性能与TiO_(2)掺量呈正相关。掺10.0%TiO_(2)涂层表面粗糙度与疏水性最优,防腐性能更佳,浸泡30 d后,低频阻抗为6.94×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2)。TiO_(2)粒子通过增加表面粗糙度、致密化填充及迷宫效应协同提升了复合涂层的防腐性能。The submicron TiO_(2) particles were used as an anti-corrosion reinforcing filler to be incorporated into the ethylene-chlorotrifluoroeethylene(ECTFE).The TiO_(2)/ECTFE composite coatings were prepared on carbon steel surfaces using electrostatic spraying technology followed by a heat treatment process.The results indicate that the TiO_(2) can enhance the anti-corrosion performance of the ECTFE coating,with its effectiveness being positively correlated with the TiO_(2) content.The surface roughness and hydrophobicity of the coating doped with 10.0%TiO_(2) are optimal,and the anti-corrosion performance is better.After soaking for 30 days,the low-frequency impedance is 6.94×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2).TiO_(2) particles synergistically enhance the anti-corrosion performance of composite coatings by increasing surface roughness,reducing the internal porosity,and exhibiting a labyrinth effect.
