无机硅酸盐涂料的耐洗刷和黏度稳定性研究

摘  要:针对无机硅酸盐涂料存在的耐洗刷和黏度不稳定问题,主要探讨了硅酸钾涂层的固化机理和不同类型的硅酸钾、聚合物乳液、添加剂、颜填料对无机硅酸盐涂料耐洗刷和黏度稳定性的影响。结果表明:硅酸钾为无机改性K39,乳液为苯丙乳液TL615D、分散剂为梳状疏水丙烯酸酯1990、增稠剂为阴离子纤维素S30000、以碳酸钙A及钛白粉R2195为颜填料,制备出的无机硅酸盐涂料热储存前后耐洗刷次数分别为9000、7000次,黏度分别为80、88 KU,其稳定性最佳,更符合当代建筑市场对涂料性能的要求。In view of the unstable problems of scrubbing resistance and viscosity of inorganic silicate coatings,the curing mechanism of potassium silicate and the effects of different types of potassium silicate,polymer emulsion,additives and pigments on the scrubbing resistance and viscosity stability of inorganic silicate coating were discussed.The results show that the inorganic silicate coating is prepared with inorganic modified potassium silicate K39 as inorganic base material,styrene acrylic emulsion TL615D as auxiliary base material,comb hydrophobic acrylate 1990 as dispersant,anionic cellulose S30000 as thicker,calcium carbonate A and titanium dioxide R2195 as pigments and fillers,the data of scrubbing resistance before and after heat storage are 9000 and 7000 times respectively,and the viscosity data are 80 KU and 88 KU respectively,which has the best stability and could adapt to the performance requirements of coatings used in current architectural building.
