摘  要:以实际工程作为案例,通过对施工多年后烧结多孔砖的抗压强度、抗风化性能、石灰爆裂及泛霜性能进行测试,结合现场勘查的材料损伤及建筑物所在地降雨、受水情况,分析造成烧结多孔砖墙体开裂损伤的原因。当烧结多孔砖墙体长时间处于多水且低温环境时,抹灰砂浆层裂缝导致烧结多孔砖内水分达到饱和状态,气温下降至冰点时,结构内的水分结冰造成的体积膨胀导致砖体开裂和抹灰砂浆层裂缝增大,使得更多水分进入砖体,墙体开裂损伤程度加重。同时砖体内石灰的爆裂、泛霜也推动了砖体的损伤进程。Taking the actual project as a typical case,we analyze the causes of cracking and damage of sintered porous brick walls by testing the compressive strength,weathering resistance,lime bursting and frosting performance of sintered porous bricks after many years of construction,and by combining the material damage of the on-site investigation,the rainfall of the location of the building,and the water situation.When the sintered porous brick walls are exposed to a high water content and low temperature environment for a long time,cracks in the plastering mortar layer cause the moisture inside the sintered porous brick to reach saturation.When the temperature drops to freezing point,the volume expansion caused by the freezing of the moisture inside the structure leads to cracking of the brick body and an increase in the cracks in the plastering mortar layer,allowing more moisture to enter the brick body and exacerbating the degree of wall cracking and damage.At the same time,the cracking and frosting of lime within the brickwork also exacerbated the damage process of the brick body.
