摘 要:以再生混凝土粉末(RCF)替代矿粉制备碱激发超高性能混凝土(UHPC),研究其宏观性能、微观结构及水化机理。结果表明,当RCF掺量为10%~30%时,碱激发UHPC的流动性好,流动度为160~210 mm,凝结时间短,终凝时间为16~21 min,抗压强度高,28d抗压强度约为120 MPa。掺入RCF加速了碱激发UHPC的水化进程,并提高了胶凝材料的水化程度。RCF颗粒作为水化产物的成核位点,促进了水化产物的生成与分布。LCA评价表明,当RCF掺量为30%时,碱激发UHPC的碳排放仅为普通硅酸盐水泥UHPC碳排放的70%,采用RCF制备碱激发UHPC是一种环保的建筑材料,符合可持续发展的趋势。In this study,recycled concrete powder was used in replace of the mineral powder to prepare alkali-activated UHPC,and the macroscopic properties,microscopic properties,and hydration mechanism of alkali-activated UHPC was analyzed.The results show that when the content of recycled concrete powder was between 10%and 30%,the prepared alkali-activated UHPC exhibited good flowability(160~210 mm),fast setting time(16~21 min),and high compressive strength(approximately 120 MPa at 28 d).The study of hydration mechanism showed that the addition of recycled concrete powder could accelerate the hydration process of the prepared alkali-activated UHPC,enhancing the hydration degree of the alkali-activated UHPC binder material.The recycled concrete powder particles served as nucleation sites for hydration products,speeding up the appearance and distribution of hydration products.Life cycle assessment(LCA)of alkali-activated UHPC revealed that when the content of recycled concrete powder is 30%,the carbon emissions of alkali-activated UHPC in this study were significantly lower than those of ordinary Portland cement UHPC,accounting for only 70%of the conventional UHPC,indicating that alkali-activated UHPC prepared using RCF is an environmentally friendly building material that conforms to the trend of sustainable development.
