摘 要:采用煤矸石细骨料等体积替代河砂,研究了不同替代率下煤矸石细骨料混凝土的工作性能、力学性能和抗冻性能,并建立了煤矸石细骨料混凝土的冻融损伤模型。结果表明:与基准混凝土相比,替代率为100%时,煤矸石细骨料混凝土的坍落度减小了31.7%,7、28 d抗压强度分别降低了32.2%、43.6%,经100次冻融循环后,试件的相对动弹性模量仍达到76.62%,抗冻等级仍大于F100。根据试验结果建立了煤矸石细骨料混凝土冻融损伤理论模型,可以进行有效预测,为有抗冻性能需求的煤矸石混凝土工程提供技术参考。Replacing river sand with coal gangue fine aggregate of equal volume,this study investigates the workability,mechanical properties,and frost resistance of coal gangue fine aggregate concrete under different replacement ratios.A freeze-thaw damage model for coal gangue fine aggregate concrete was established.The results show that when the replacement ratio is 100%,the slump of coal gangue fine aggregate concrete decreases by 31.7%compared to the reference concrete,while the 7,28 d compressive strengths decrease by 32.2%and 43.6%,respectively.However,after 100 freeze-thaw cycles,the dynamic elastic modulus of the specimens with 100%fine aggregate replacement still reached 76.62%,indicating that the frost resistance grade of the concrete under this mix proportion exceeds F100.A theoretical model for freeze-thaw damage of coal gangue fine aggregate concrete was established based on experimental results,which can effectively predict the damage,providing technical reference for coal gangue concrete engineering requiring frost resistance.
