摘 要:为解决钼尾矿资源浪费和环境污染,利用钼尾矿砂完全替代天然河砂制备湿喷喷射混凝土,采用正交试验法研究砂率(钼尾矿砂用量)、减水剂掺量及水泥用量对混凝土28 d抗压强度、回弹率和坍落度的影响,并与天然河砂喷射混凝土进行比较。结果表明:当砂率为50%、减水剂掺量为1.5%、水泥用量为450 kg/m^(3)时,钼尾矿喷射混凝土综合性能最佳,28 d抗压强度为35.0 MPa,回弹率为14.0%,坍落度为166 cm。与天然河砂喷射混凝土相比,钼尾矿喷射混凝土7、28 d抗压强度分别提高了20.1%、10.4%,说明钼尾矿砂作为细骨料配制喷射混凝土,能提高喷射混凝土的抗压强度。In order to effectively solve the problem of resource waste,depletion,and environmental pollution caused by this,using molybdenum tailings sand to completely replace natural river sand in the preparation of wet shotcrete,this paper uses the principle of orthogonal test design to study the impact of molybdenum tailing dosage,water reducer dosage,and cement dosage on the slump,rebound rate,and 28 day compressive strength of molybdenum tailings wet shotcrete,and compared with natural river sand shotcrete.The results showed that when the sand ratio was 50%,the water reducing agent dosage was 1.5%,and the cement dosage was 450 kg/m^(3),the comprehensive performance of molybdenum tailings shotcrete was the best,with a compressive strength of 35.0 MPa at 28 days,a rebound rate of 14.0%,and a slump of 166 cm.Compared with natural river sand shotcrete,the compressive strength of molybdenum tailings shotcrete at 7 and 28 days increased by 20.1%and 10.4%,respectively,indicating that molybdenum tailings sand as fine aggregate can improve the compressive strength of shotcrete.
