摘 要:以高强度等级水泥、级配砂、乳胶粉、保水剂等多种原材料复配制成高强度建筑防水砂浆,分析了各原材料对防水砂浆物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,砂的级配对防水砂浆性能影响较大,合理的级配有利于砂浆的强度与密实性;随乳胶粉用量由0增至3%,砂浆的抗折、粘结强度均逐渐提高。按最优配比制备的高强度建筑防水砂浆28 d抗压、抗折、粘结强度分别为64.8、9.7、1.8MPa,柔韧性(横向变形能力)1.3 mm,符合JC/T 984—2011《聚合物水泥防水砂浆》Ⅱ型技术要求。High strength building waterproof mortar is prepared by using high-grade cement,graded sand,latex powder,water-retaining agent and other components.The influence of each component on the physical properties of mortar is analyzed.The results indicate that the grading of sand has a significant impact on the performance of waterproof mortar,and a reasonable grading is beneficial for the strength and compactness of the mortar.As the amount of latex powder increases from 0 to 3%,the flexural and bonding strength of the mortar gradually improve.The high-strength building waterproof mortar prepared according to the optimal ratio has compressive strength of 64.8 MPa,flexural strength of 9.7 MPa,and bonding strength of 1.8 MPa after 28 days,and flexibility(transverse deformation capacity)of 1.3 mm,which meets the technical requirements of Type II in JC/T 984—2011"Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar".
