深水环境下塑性止水材料改性研究

摘  要:丁基橡胶常被用作水泥混凝土结构伸缩缝用止水材料,将其用于深水环境时,除了要克服水分子对其粘性的影响外,还需要考虑水温的影响。采用溴化丁基橡胶为基材,优选增粘剂、增塑剂等补强材料,研究不同种类、掺量的增粘剂与溴化丁基橡胶混炼后的性能,以提高深水环境下止水材料的粘性、塑性等。研究表明,与现有止水材料相比,当选用松香体系,即炭黑为50份,环烷油为50份,松香树脂为70份时,溴化丁基橡胶止水材料在20、4℃下的针入度分别为9.37、7.45 mm;剥离强度达到了41.77 N/25 mm,且其玻璃化转变温度达到了最低温度-64.7℃,深水环境下的增粘效果得到了极大改善。Butyl rubber is often used as a water-stop material for expansion joints in cement concrete structures.When it is used in a deep water environment,besides overcoming the effect of water molecules on its viscosity,the effect of water temperature also needs to be considered.In this paper,bromobutyl rubber is used as the base material,and the reinforcing materials such as tackifiers and plasticizers are preferred to study the properties of tackifiers and bromobutyl rubber after mixing in different types and dosages to improve the viscosity and plasticity of water stop materials in deep-water environments.The results show that,compared with the current water stop materials,when the rosin system is selected,with 50 parts of carbon black,50 parts of naphthenic oil,and 70 parts of rosin resin,the needle penetration of the bromobutyl rubber water stop materials at 20 and 4℃is 9.37 and 7.45 mm,respectively.The peel strength reaches 41.77 N/25 mm,and its glass transition temperature reaches the lowest temperature-64.7℃.The tackifying effect in deep water environment is greatly improved.
