数字普惠金融是否促进农村居民消费升级?——基于CHFS实证分析

摘　　要：加快构建农村消费市场新发展格局,需要数字普惠金融与广大农村市场联系起来,通过数字普惠金融促进农村市场的发展。基于2015年、2017年和2019年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,对数字普惠金融能否促进农村居民消费升级进行分析。研究结论表明:数字普惠金融在提高农村家庭消费水平、刺激消费倾向与实现消费结构提质升级方面发挥显著的促进作用。微观中介机制检验显示,数字普惠金融主要通过解决农民增收难、城乡收入差距大、农村物流信息效率低以及消费行为转化困难等痛点和堵点进而促进农村居民消费升级。未来,我国应深入推进数字普惠金融在农村地区的发展,为实现扩大内需战略注入源源不断的活力。To accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of rural consumer market,it is nec-essary to connect digital inclusive finance with the vast rural market and promote the development of rural market through digital inclusive finance.Based on the data of China Household Finance Survey(CJFS)in 2015,2017 and 2019,this paper analyzes whether digital inclusive finance can promote the upgrading of ru-ral residents'consumption.The research conclusion shows that digital inclusive finance plays a significant role in improving the consumption level of rural households,stimulating the consumption tendency and re-alizing the upgrading of consumption structure.The inspection of the micro intermediary mechanism shows that the digital inclusive finance mainly promotes the upgrading of rural residents'consumption by solving the pain points and blockage points such as the difficulty of increasing farmers'income,the large income gap between urban and rural areas,the low efficiency of rural logistics information and the difficul-ty of consumption behavior transformation.In the future,China should further promote the development of digital inclusive finance in rural areas,and inject a steady stream of vitality into the strategy of expanding domestic demand.
