摘　　要：推进中国式现代化,必须坚持不懈夯实农业基础,推进乡村全面振兴。乡村全面振兴的实现需要内生动力与外部条件共同作用,沿着正确的路径发展。内生动力是乡村振兴的源动力,决定乡村振兴发展的基本趋势和现实走向,是乡村能否实现振兴的关键。外部条件则是乡村振兴不可缺少的支撑要素,对乡村振兴战略的顺利实施起着重要作用。因此,应充分激发农村居民参与乡村振兴的内生动力,营造良好的营农环境,加强乡村基础设施建设,弘扬优秀的乡村文化,科学规划乡村发展布局,从内到外推进乡村全面振兴。To promote Chinese path to modernization,we must unswervingly consolidate the agricultural foundation and promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.The realization of comprehensive rural revi-talization requires the joint action of endogenous driving forces and external conditions to develop along the correct path.The endogenous driving force is the source of rural revitalization,determining the basic trend and practical direction of rural revitalization development,and is the key to whether rural revitaliza-tion can be achieved.External conditions are indispensable supporting elements for rural revitalization,playing an important role in the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is necessary to fully stimulate the endogenous motivation of rural residents to participate in rural revitaliza-tion,create a good agricultural environment,strengthen rural infrastructure construction,promote excellent rural culture,scientifically plan the layout of rural development,and promote comprehensive rural revital-ization from the inside out.
