摘　　要：针对任楼选煤厂原煤煤质变化较大,设备使用年限较长的问题,采用SKT-20跳汰机对原有的X型跳汰机进行替换;分析了原跳汰机在生产中存在诸多问题以及对生产造成的不良影响,介绍了SKT跳汰机的技术特点;生产实践表明,SKT跳汰机有效提升了分选效果,不仅故障率低,还降低了操作管理难度,取得了显著的社会与经济效益。In view of the large change in the quality of the raw coal and the long service life of the equipment in Renlou Coal Preparation Plant,the original X-type jig was replaced by SKT-20 jigger.The analysis of the original jig in the production of many problems,as well as the adverse effects on production,the introduction of the technical characteristics of the SKT jig,the production practice shows that the SKT jigger effectively improves the sorting effect,not only the failure rate is low,but also reduces the difficulty of operation and management,and has achieved significant social and economic benefits.
