摘 要:随着能源资源的日益紧缺和环境保护的迫切需求,余热回收成为了能源高效利用的重要研究方向之一。空压机作为工业生产中常用设备,其余热回收潜力巨大。分析了空压机运行过程中产生的余热特性及其回收的潜力,设计了余热回收利用系统和自动化控制系统,能够实时监控空压机和余热回收系统的工作状态,并可根据需求自动调节。该系统有效地回收和利用了空压机余热,实现了能源的二次利用,可以降低能源消耗、减少环境污染,具有重大的经济效益和环保意义。With the increasing scarcity of energy resources and the urgent demand for environmental protection,waste heat recovery has become one of the key research directions for achieving efficient energy utilization.As commonly used equipment in industrial production,air compressors possess significant potential for waste heat recovery.Analyzing the characteristics of waste heat generated during the operation of air compressors and its recovery potential,we have designed waste heat recovery and utilization systems along with automated control systems.These systems are capable of real-time monitoring of the operation status of air compressors and waste heat recovery systems,and can automatically adjust as per requirements.Effectively recovering and utilizing waste heat from air compressors,the system achieves secondary energy utilization,thereby reducing energy consumption and mitigating environmental pollution.This technology carries substantial economic benefits and environmental significance.
