摘 要:探讨了以钙矾石混凝沉淀法去除矿井水中硫酸盐的处理方法,验证了钙矾石沉淀法可以将矿井水中的SO_(2-)^(4)质量浓度从1500 mg/L降至100 mg/L以下,满足地表Ⅲ类水的要求。pH及Al^(3+)∶SO_(2-)^(4)摩尔比是对沉淀过程影响最大的两个因素,在pH为12.5、Al^(3+)∶SO_(2-)^(4)摩尔比不低于2∶3时,可以获得较好的硫酸盐去除效果。实验中测试出的最适反应条件为:先按照Al^(3+)∶SO_(2-)^(4)摩尔比3∶3加入NaAlO_(2),搅拌均匀后加入Ca(OH)_(2)将溶液pH调节至12.5,得到的SO_(2-)^(4)去除率为93.90%。This study discussed a sulfate removal treatment of mine water by ettringite coagulation precipitation,and proved that this treatment method can reduce SO_(2-)^(4)concentration from 1500 mg/L to 100 mg/L,which meets the requirements of Surface Water Class III standard.The pH and Al^(3+):SO_(2-)^(4)mole ratio are the two most important factors during precipitation,pH 12.5 and Al^(3+):SO_(2-)^(4)mole ratio no less than 2∶3 are required to acquire acceptable sulfate removal results.The optimal reaction condition in the experiment was to add NaAlO_(2)firstly according to the Al^(3+):SO_(2-)^(4)mole ratio of 3∶3,and then add Ca(OH)_(2)to adjust the pH to 12.5.The SO_(2-)^(4)removal rate of 93.90%was achieved under this reaction condition.
