摘 要:重型燃气轮机压气机试验台系统由试验件和试验台两部分组成。已建成的试验台需要满足不同试验件的实验需求,且试验件的结构与参数对试验台横振动力学特性有着重要影响,因此需要考虑试验件对试验台横振临界转速的影响。本文用试验件在交界面的机械阻抗来描述其动力学特性,在交界面处利用机械阻抗综合法中的机械阻抗原理来确定两部分横振临界转速的相互影响,得出未知试验件的初步设计限制范围。同时,建立某一试验件与试验台的动力学模型,通过计算该压气机试验台系统的横振临界转速,验证了试验件临界转速设计限制范围的有效性,为压气机试验件的设计提供了指导意见。The compressor test rig system of heavy-duty gas turbine consists of a test piece and a test rig.It is necessary to meet the experimental requirements of different test pieces for the test rig has been built.The structure and paraments of the test piece have an important impact on the transverse vibration mechanical characteristics of the test rig.Therefore it is necessary to consider the inference of the test pieces on the critical speed of the transverse vibration of the test rig.The dynamic characteristics of the test piece were considered as the mechanical impedance at the location of the test rig and the test piece,and the impedance matching principle of mechanical impedance synthesis analysis at the location was utilized to determine the mutual influence of the damped critical speed,thus the design limitation conditions of the unknow test piece were obtained.Meanwhile,the dynamic model of a test piece and a test rig was established to obtain the damped critical speed of the system,and the validity of the design limit range of the critical speed of the test piece was verified by calculating the critical speed of the compressor test rig.The conclusion provides guidance for the design of turbine test piece.
