摘 要:某燃气轮机电厂在静态变频启动装置(SFC)吹扫过程中,发电机第一套保护装置100%定子接地保护动作,SFC和励磁系统跳闸,热工顺控逻辑走停。经现场检查,事故发生的原因为SFC电缆进线槽盒出口弯折处与发电机出口断路器(GCB)小间格栅发生碰磨,造成绝缘损坏,升压过程中导致定子接地。文章从20 Hz电压注入式100%定子接地保护的工作原理入手,通过分析故障录波波形,尤其是电压、电流的瞬时变化情况,明晰了保护动作过程,从而判断出故障点位置,并通过现场检查验证了分析情况,同时进一步给出了预控措施。A gas turbine power plant was in the static frequency converter(SFC)cleaning process,the first set of generator protection 100%stator grounding protection acted,SFC and excitation system tripped,thermotechnical sequential control logic stopped.On-site inspection confirmed that the accident was caused by persistent rubbing between the bent section of the SFC cable trench exit and the grating of the generator circuit breaker(GCB)compartment.This contact led to insulation breakdown,ultimately triggering a stator grounding fault during the voltage boosting process.This article described the working principle of the 100%generator stator grounding protection with 20 Hz voltage injection,by analyzing the fault recording waveform,especially the instantaneous change of voltage and current,the protection action process was clarified,so as to judge the fault location,and the analysis situation was verified by on-site inspection,and the pre-control measures were further given.
