摘 要:本文研究了燃气轮机故障燃烧器定位的方法。当燃气轮机燃烧器发生故障时,可通过旋流角度判断出具体故障燃烧器,并利用旋流角度计算方法快速确定故障燃烧器的位置,从而缩短燃气轮机的运行维护和故障停运时间。本研究采用燃烧室与透平排气监测点处排气温度分散度之间的关系,通过燃气轮机高温流体团在监测点影响区域获取排气温度范围,而非具体数值。因此,可以通过监测点处排气温度的分散度较精确地推断故障燃烧室或透平通流部件的位置,也能判断故障燃烧器或透平通流部件故障的严重程度。燃气轮机技术人员可以根据确定的故障信息和严重程度,及时停机检修,并对故障燃烧室、透平等部件进行检查和处理,使燃气轮机燃烧状况恢复到一个良好运行状态,实现对燃烧室及透平的状态检修,提高了机组的可用性。This article studies the method of locating faulty burners in gas turbines.When a gas turbine burner malfunctions,the specific faulty burner can be identified through the swirl angle calculation method,and the position of the faulty burner can be quickly determined using the swirl angle calculation method,thereby shortening the operation and maintenance time of the gas turbine.This study adopts the relationship between the dispersion of exhaust temperature at the monitoring points of the combustion chamber and turbine exhaust,and obtains the range value of exhaust temperature in the affected area of the monitoring points through the high-temperature fluid cluster of the gas turbine,rather than specific values.Therefore,the location of the faulty combustion chamber or turbine flow components can be accurately inferred by monitoring the dispersion of exhaust temperature at the monitoring points,and the severity of the malfunction of the faulty combustion chamber or turbine flow components can also be determined.Gas turbine maintenance personnel can timely shut down for maintenance based on the determined fault information and severity,and inspect and handle the faulty combustion chamber,turbine and other components to restore the combustion condition of the gas turbine to a good operating state,achieve maintenance of the combustion chamber and turbine,and improve the availability of the unit.
