摘  要:从燃气轮机滑油系统出发,对燃气轮机发生的滑油温度高、滑油供油压力低、滑油消耗异常、滑油乳化等故障进行全方位的分析,提出了排除故障的方法及避免故障的措施。为满足滑油系统稳定运行,避免石墨环异常磨损影响大修寿命,指出应及时调整进口滑油压力及接触式密封压降以满足技术要求,对燃气轮机可靠稳定运行具有重要意义。Starting from the lubricating oil system of gas turbines,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on faults such as high oil temperature,low oil supply pressure,abnormal oil consumption,and oil emulsification that occur in gas turbines.Methods for troubleshooting and measures to avoid faults were proposed.To ensure stable operation of the oil system and avoid abnormal wear of graphite rings affecting the overhaul life,it was pointed out that the inlet oil pressure and contact seal pressure drop should be adjusted in a timely manner to meet technical requirements,which is of great significance for the reliable and stable operation of gas turbines.
