摘  要:本文对S109FA燃气轮机MarkVIe控制系统LVDT工作原理进行说明,详细解析伺服控制卡内部原理、接线原理,对某机组燃料控制阀伺服阀指令与反馈偏差大致机组跳闸案例进行原因分析,从控制系统设计、冗余信号分布等方面分析直接原因及间接原因,并针对性提出相关事故预防措施,为同类型机组运行维护提供参考。This paper analyzed the working principle of the LVDT of the MarkVIe control system for the S109FA gas turbine.The internal principle of the servo control card and the wiring principle were dissected in detail.The causes for the case where the deviation between the command and feedback of the servo valve of the fuel control valve of a certain unit approximately led to the unit trip were analyzed.The direct and indirect causes were analyzed from aspects such as the design of the control system drawings and the distribution of redundant signals,and relevant accident prevention measures were put forward in a targeted manner to provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of the same type of units.
