摘 要:为分析微反应器微观混合过程中的内部信息,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,选用层流-有限速率模型对T形圆管、T形方管和Y形方管微反应器的微观混合过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与文献中的试验数据基本吻合,说明所选用CFD模型的准确性和可靠性良好。分析了Villermaux-Dushman反应体系中流体在上述3种微反应器中的流动状态和速度分布、H^(+)和I_(2)分布情况及其离集指数(X_(S))的分布规律,从而评估微反应器的微观混合性能。结果表明:3种微反应器中的流体流动均为层流态;在T形圆管微反应器中,H^(+)被快速完全消耗;在T形方管和Y形方管微反应器中,H+始终存在;3种微反应器的X_(S)均较小,表现出优良的微观混合性能。To analyze the internal information in microreactors,numerical simulations of the micromixing process in a T-type round tube,a T-type square tube,and a square Y-type microreactors were carried out using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)methods.The results simulated by Laminar-Finite-Rate model were consistent with the experimental data reported in the literature,which demonstrated the accuracy and reliability of the chosen CFD model.The flow field,velocity distribution,distributions of H^(+)and I_(2),and the distribution of the segregation index X_(S) of each microreactor in the Villermaux-Dushman reaction system were analyzed,which provided a reference for the evaluation of the micromixing efficiency in microreactors.The results showed that the flow of fluids in all three microreactors was laminar,and H^(+)was quickly and completely consumed in the T-type round tube microreactor,whereas it was always present in the T-type square tube and Y-type square tube microreactors.The segregation index X_(S) was small in all three microreactors,which showed excellent micromixing efficiency.
