摘  要:通过分析高等教育数智化的时代内涵,基于计量分析和文本分析,揭示其具有弥合高等教育传统治理与人工智能治理的服务差异、提升高等教育人才培养的精准个性化服务质量以及促进我国高等教育国际合作与交流的价值意蕴。为推进我国高等教育现代化,各教育行政部门应协同高校进行教学资源配置管理,以促进跨学科教育和完善人工智能技术应用的规范,推动以人类理性为主导的高等教育管理技术和科学的教学技术实践落地,优化并完善教学工具,提升学习评估和质量保障,从而实现高等教育数智化的创新发展。By the quantitative analysis and text analysis,this paper reveals its value implications of bridging the service difference between traditional governance and artificial intelligence governance in higher education,improving the precision and personalized service quality of higher education personnel training,and promoting international cooperation and exchange in China's higher education.In order to promote the modernization of China's higher education,all educational administrative departments should cooperate with colleges and universities in the allocation and management of teaching resources,so as to promote interdisciplinary education and improve the norms of the application of artificial intelligence technology,promote the practice of higher education management technology and scientific teaching technology based on human rationality,optimize and improve teaching tools,and improve learning evaluation and quality assurance,which realizes the innovative development of digital intelligence in higher education.
