人的全面发展理论下青年的价值选择困顿与纾解——以大学生“晚熟化”现象为例

摘　　要：当代大学生面临“晚熟化”现象,反映出青年群体在价值选择上的困顿。部分大学生在生活自理、社交技巧和独立思考方面存在价值选择生活化偏离、价值选择偏差固化、价值选择创造力弱化等困顿局面。马克思关于人的全面发展理论具有科学性、系统性与深刻性,它涵盖了人的存在、人的价值、人的发展理论三大核心层面,不仅揭示了人的本质与发展规律,而且与当代青年追求全面发展、实现自我价值的需求高度契合。青年的价值选择的困顿问题,其纾解需要青年本身、学校以及社会各界的共同努力。Contemporary college students are faced with the phenomenon of"late maturing",which reflects the dilemma of young people in value choice.Some college students have difficulties in the aspects of self-care,social skills and independent thinking,such as the deviation of value choice from life,the solidification of value choice deviation,and the weakening of value choice creativity.Marx's theory on the all-round development of human is scientific,systematic and profound.It covers the three core levels of human existence,human value and human development theory.It not only reveals the nature and development law of human beings,but also highly conforms to the needs of contemporary youth in pursuing all-round development and realizing self-value.The solution to the dilemma of youth's value choice needs the joint efforts of youth themselves,schools and all sectors of society.
