摘　　要：廉洁文化作为中华文化瑰宝,本身承载着深厚历史底蕴和丰富文化内涵,始终是社会公众的道德追求和中国共产党的坚定政治取向。新时代,廉洁文化被赋予新的理论内涵和使命担当。将新时代廉洁文化与高校资助育人工作融合,必须了解廉洁文化,从国家、社会、学校层面全面考量新时代廉洁文化的内涵及价值。为充实新时代廉洁文化教育内容、提升高校资助育人实效,教育层面要构建完整教育体系,环境层面要实现“家校社”齐抓共管,制度层面要提供系统全面的机制保障。Incorruptible culture is regard as a cultural treasure of China,carries the profound historical deposits and rich cultural connotations,and has always been the moral pursuit of the public and the firm political orientation of the Communist Party of China.In the new era,the incorruptible culture has been endowed with new theoretical connotation and mission responsibility.To integrate the incorruptible culture in the new era with the educational work of colleges and universities,we must understand the incorruptible culture,and comprehensively consider the connotation and value of the incorruptible culture in the new era from the national,social and school levels.In order to enrich the education content of incorruptible culture in the new era and improve the effectiveness of university funding,a complete education system should be built at the education level,the"family,school and community"should be co-managed at the environmental level,and a systematic and comprehensive mechanism guarantee should be provided at the institutional level.
