摘　　要：习近平总书记关于“两个结合”的重要论述为高校文化育人体系建设指明了方向,提供了根本遵循。当前,高校文化育人体系建设的价值意蕴体现在三个方面:实现“以文化人”,强化思想引领;践行“以文化人”,提升文化自信;促进“以文化人”,弘扬传统文化。高校文化育人体系建设应以“两个结合”为理念指导,以社会主义核心价值观为价值引领,以先进的社会主义文化为指导思想,以中华优秀传统文化为基础思想,以“四个自信”为理论指导,遵循以文化人、以文化境、以文塑人的实践逻辑,形成系统、完备、科学、规范的育人体系。The important statement about“two combination”of Xi Jinping points out the direction for the construction of culture education system in university and provides the fundamental compliance.At present,the value implication of the construction of culture education system in university is embodied in three aspects:realizing"to be a cultural person"and strengthening ideological guidance;practice"cultural person"to enhance cultural self-confidence;and promote"cultural people"and carry forward the traditional culture.The construction of cultural education system in universities should be guided by the concept of"two combinations",guided by the socialist core values,guided by advanced socialist culture,guided by the excellent traditional Chinese culture,guided by the theory of"four self-confidence",and guided by the practical logic of cultural people,cultural environment and culture shaping people,in order to form a systematic,complete,scientific and standardized education system.
