摘　　要：我国的采矿工人在长期的奋斗与实践中,逐步形成了贯穿、联通民族精神和时代精神的采矿精神。中国近现代意义上的采矿精神历经四个重要阶段的发展,在不断地传承与发扬中,形成了以“忠于祖国、热爱人民”为核心的“48字内涵”:勇于牺牲,迎难而上,自强不息,精诚团结;顾全大局,无私奉献,自力更生,艰苦奋斗;解放思想,实事求是,锐意进取,求真务实。采矿精神是中华民族精神体系大家庭中的一员,它激励着采矿人在建设社会主义现代化强国的征程中继续奋发图强、再创辉煌。In the long-term struggle and practice,the mining workers in our country have gradually formed the mining spirit that runs through and connects the national spirit and the spirit of the Times.China's modern mining spirit has gone through four important stages of development.In the continuous inheritance and development,it has formed the core of the"48-word connotation"as"loyal to the motherland,love the people":courage to sacrifice,face difficulties,self-improvement,sincere unity;take the overall situation into consideration,selfless dedication,self-reliance,hard work;emancipate the mind,seek truth from facts,forge ahead with determination,and seek truth and pragmatism.The mining spirit is a member of the big family of the Chinese national spiritual system,which encourages the mining people to continue to work hard and create brilliance in the journey of building a modern socialist power.
