摘 要:贵州无烟煤资源储量大,具有高硫、高发热量等特点,为实现贵州高品质无烟煤的清洁利用,结合威宁铁厂无烟煤的煤质特点,设计了全粒度分选提质工艺,形成了三产品重介质旋流器分选—煤泥浮选、跳汰粗选—粗精煤两产品重介质旋流器分选—煤泥浮选组合分选提质工艺,精准预测了分选精煤产率和灰分,辅助贵州威宁无烟煤进行高效分选。原煤整体灰分含量20.72%,属于中灰分煤,在全粒级分选工艺下,产品精煤灰分2.46%,产率37.76%,实现了以铁厂煤矿为典型的威宁无烟煤低灰精煤的制备。Guizhou boasts abundant reserves of anthracite resources,characterized by high sulfur content and high calorific value.To achieve the clean utilization of high-quality anthracite in Guizhou,a full-particle-size sorting and quality improvement process was designed based on the coal quality characteristics of the Weining Iron Works anthracite.This process integrates a three-product heavy-medium cyclone separation with coal slurry flotation,jigging roughing with coarse clean coal,and a two-product heavy-medium cyclone separation with coal slurry flotation.The process accurately predicts the yield and ash content of the sorted clean coal,facilitating efficient sorting of Weining anthracite in Guizhou.The overall ash content of the raw coal is 20.72%,classifying it as medium-ash coal.Under the full-particle-size sorting process,the ash content of the clean coal product is reduced to 2.46%with a yield of 37.76%,achieving the preparation of low-ash clean coal typical of the Weining Iron Works anthracite.
