生物柴油捕收剂强化长焰煤浮选效果的研究

摘  要:为了探究生物柴油捕收剂对长焰煤的浮选效果,选取两种生物柴油捕收剂和石化柴油捕收剂对长焰煤进行浮选试验,在石化柴油、花生柴油、大豆柴油用量为5 kg/t的条件下,得到的浮选完善度指标分别为28.27%、29.59%、34.47%,结果表明,两种生物柴油捕收剂捕收性能优于石化柴油捕收剂。利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对两种生物柴油主要组分进行定性和定量的分析,对比3种药剂处理后的煤样接触角、红外光谱分析、Zeta电位分析的测试结果,表明生物柴油的主要成分脂肪酸甲酯更易与长焰煤表面发生作用,生物柴油能与长焰煤表面极性位点以氢键的形式结合,从而提高长焰煤表面疏水性,进而提高长焰煤的浮选效果。In order to explore the flotation effect of biodiesel collector on long-flame coal,this paper selects two kinds of biodiesel collector and diesel collector to carry out flotation test on long-flame coal.Under the condition that the dosage of diesel,peanut diesel and soybean diesel is 5kg/t,the obtained flotation perfection index is 28.27%,29.59%and 34.47%,respectively.The results showed that the harvesting performance of the two biodiesel collectors was better than that of the diesel collectors.The two main components of biodiesel were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the test results of contact Angle,infrared spectrum analysis and Zeta potential analysis of coal samples treated with the three agents showed that fatty acid methyl ester,the main component of biodiesel,was more likely to interact with the surface of long-flame coal.Biodiesel can bond with the polar site of the surface of long flame coal in the form of hydrogen bond,which can improve the surface hydrophobicity of long flame coal and improve the flotation effect of long flame coal.
