摘  要:研究了一种新型浮选精煤消泡装置,旨在解决煤泥浮选过程中精煤泡沫稳定性高、难以消散的问题。该装置基于机械搅拌、喷淋水和筛网渗透等物理消泡技术原理,以提高消泡效率并减少二次泡沫的产生。分析了筛网孔径、搅拌速度和喷淋水压力对消泡效果的影响,并探讨了这些因素的综合作用。结果表明,新型消泡装置能有效降低泡沫体积,提高泡沫中的水析出速率。搅拌过程破坏了相邻气泡间液膜厚度和Plateau通道内液相的体积,使得稳定的泡沫结构发生强制形变,促进液体排液,加快相邻气泡间的气体扩散。机械搅拌和喷淋水的联合作用,可以进一步强化泡沫的消除。This paper studies a new type of flotation clean coal defoaming device,which aims to solve the problem of high stability and difficulty in dispers clean coal foam during the coal slime flotation process.The device is based on physical defoaming techniques such as mechanical stirring,spraying water,and sieve permeation improve defoaming efficiency and reduce the generation of secondaryfoam.The effects of sieve pore size,stirring speed,and spraying water pressure on the defoaming were analyzed,and the combined effects of these factors were explored.The results show that the new defoaming device can effectively reduce the foam volume and increase the analysis rate in the foam.The stirring process destroys the thickness of the liquid film between adjacent bubbles and the volume of the liquid phase in the Plateau channels,the stable foam structure to undergo forced deformation,promoting liquid drainage,and accelerating the diffusion of gas between adjacent bubbles.The combined action of mechanical stirring and spraying water further enhance the elimination of foam.
