高变质无烟煤三产品跳汰洗选降低“中损”的实验研究

摘　　要：郭二庄选煤厂入洗原煤为高变质的无烟煤,主洗工艺为三产品跳汰选。针对精煤回收率低,中煤中的精煤含量高等问题,选煤厂通过采取降低入洗上限、改变跳汰频率、在线变频调整风压及风量、优化跳汰筛孔尺寸、增加脱粉入洗环节等跳汰机综合操作参数优化调整措施,减少了中煤中的精煤含量,增加了经济效益。The coal washed into high metamorphic anthracite in Guo Erzhuang coal preparation plant is the main washing process of three products jigging.In order to improve the recovery rate of cleaned coal and reduce the content of cleaned coal in medium coal,the coal preparation plant has reduced the content of cleaned coal in medium coal by reducing the upper limit of washing,changing the jig frequency,adjusting the air pressure and air volume by online frequency conversion,optimizing the size of jig screen,increasing the depowder washing link and other comprehensive operation parameters optimization and adjustment.
