潘集选煤厂循环水硬度变化规律及水质硬度对煤泥水沉降的影响研究

摘  要:通过检测潘集选煤厂生产过程中循环水硬度值以及二段浓缩机溢流浊度,了解生产过程中硬度变化规律以及对煤泥沉降的影响;并在实验室进行沉降试验研究,进一步论证水质硬度变化对煤泥沉降的影响规律。试验结果表明:水质硬度越高,凝聚剂的损失量就越大,硬度高时,洗选3号、2号原煤的凝聚剂消耗速度分别为0.72 t/h、1.46 t/h,硬度较低时,洗选3号、2号原煤的凝聚剂消耗速度分别为0.11 t/h、0.29 t/h;入洗2号原煤带走的凝聚剂的量约是入洗3号原煤时的两倍;3号煤泥沉降对水质硬度的要求较低;2号煤泥沉降往往需要较高的水质硬度,只有水质硬度12~14°dH,该煤泥水才能较好沉降,且药剂用量损失相对较少。The hardness value of circulating water and the overflow turbidity of the second stage thickener in the production process of Panji coal preparation plant are tested to understand the variation law of hardness in the production process and the influence on the settlement of slime.The influence of the change of water hardness on the settlement of slime was further demonstrated by the settlement test in the laboratory.The test results show that the higher the hardness of water quality,the greater the loss of coagulant.When the hardness is high,the consumption rate of coagulant is 0.72 t/h and 1.46 t/h,respectively.When the hardness is low,the consumption rate of coagulant is 0.11 t/h and 0.29 t/h,respectively.The amount of coagulant taken away by washing 2#raw coal is about twice that of washing 3#raw coal.3#coal slime sedimentation has lower requirements on water quality hardness;2#slime sedimentation often requires high water quality hardness,only water quality hardness 12~14°dH,the slime water can be better sedimentation,and the loss of chemical dosage is relatively small.
